They hand craft their blends using only single origin cocoa liquor, single origin organic cocoa powder and the finest organic unrefined coconut blossom sugar. By selecting only the purest natural ingredients means that the origin’s flavours are on center stage.
They finely grate pure single origin cocoa liquor, combine with single origin organic cocoa powder and blend with organic coconut blossom sugar in our custom designed and made in Cornwall chocolate spinning machine.
