I wanted to create a place where holiday let owners could easily source all their provisions in one place
My name is Kate and the idea of 'A Warm Welcome' started because I had experienced the issue each time I went away, was busy or on holiday - who could create a welcome pack for my holiday let if I wasn't there. I could easily stock up on the longlife products but fresh items such as milk and cream needed sourcing for each changeover.
Asking a friend or family member to traipse around the local shops seemed a bit too much to ask for. I couldn't find a company that was flexible enough to provide a quality pick and mix or premade welcome pack that reflected my needs at a reasonable price.
This is where the idea sprang from... I wanted to create a place where holiday let owners businesses could easily source all their provisions in one place, from teas and coffee, fresh milk, toiletries to cleaning products and fire products. I understood the importance of providing owners with the most convenient, hassle free ways to receive their orders too, and therefore have created collection and delivery services.
