Our Collection service is a convenient way for you to pick up your orders from different locations around Cornwall. Select your preferred collection day and time from the following locations:

Deliveries
Flat Rate – all deliveries cost a flat rate of £5.00. We aim to use an electric haulage company for your orders but may at time to time need to use alternative courier companies at business periods.
Order and delivery time line - order before 1pm and we'll dispatch the next working day, e.g., order on Monday morning and receive on Wednesday.
All perishable goods will be dispatched from Monday-Friday. The available delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday.
Ordering for a particular date
You can specify a particular delivery day by selecting the date in the calendar during checkout. We don’t guarantee delivery on this date but aim for it by adjusting the dispatch date accordingly.
Cream teas are enjoyed best for at least 4 days after dispatch, and planning for delivery the day before an occasion ensures that it will have arrived in time.
Not at address when order arrives
All fresh produce is packed separately using temperature-controlled bags and needs to be refrigerated as soon as possible. Our courier is instructed that they can leave the parcel either with a neighbour or in a safe place (such as a front porch), unless the driver deems it unsuitable to leave the parcel.
For Saturday deliveries we sometimes dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service. For this delivery method someone will usually need to be in to receive the parcel or a note left on the door (or it can be requested to be collected from the post office).
Cream and scones are best eaten within 3-4 days from dispatch.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered or collected due to incorrect delivery information being provided, if the recipient isn't home, or in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.
Delivery Locations
UK locations for which we can't deliver cream teas: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, remote Scotland (HS / ZE / PA60-75,78 / KW16-17 / PH30,41-44).
